Installation Note

The camera can’t be adjusted horizontally when mounted to the ceiling. Please adjust the camera angle before installing it.

Is there anything to note when mounting the dual-lens camera?

It’s suggested not to place the important monitoring zone right in the middle of the two lenses. Also, install the camera no higher than 9ft from the ground and in a direction crossing the possible intruder instead of facing it.

Can I make the battery-powered camera continue to record 24/7?

The battery-powered camera cannot support continuous recording, otherwise the battery will be drained quickly. The battery-powered camera is a kind of motion-triggered camera, which means that it will only record when there is a motion detected.

How does the dual-lens camera store images and videos?

The images and videos on both sides of this camera are saved separately, but the screens can be combined to produce an extra-wide view in preview. You can choose to record and save the video to an SD card.

Will this battery camera work on the Reolink NVR?

Reolink Duo can’t work with NVR, you can record the videos to SD card. If you need a WiFi security camera that can work on NVR, you can consider our Duo WiFi. It can work with Reolink NVR with hardware versions as N3MB18/N2MB02/N3MB01.
