Is this security camera really 4K? Why can’t I see 4K resolution on my Ctronics app?

The default video resolution displayed on the page depends on the network environment, which means the video quality that displayed for you would be low with a poor network quality. You can change your video resolution preference in the lower right corner of the monitoring page.

Why does my Wi-Fi disconnect?

Please make sure the WiFi is 2.4G. And you can enter the WiFi setting interface of the app, istall the camera in a position where the WiFi signal is displayed as above 70
