How to Connect The Bulb Security Camera

Step 1: Please insert the sd card,then connect it to the lamp socket of E27,wait for the wireless light bulb camera to connect to wifi.

Step 2: Download the “iCSee” application, you can connect to the security camera bulb via wireless wifi or nearby camera or AP mode.

Micro SD card not included.Before connecting the light camera bulb, please insert the microSD card.Only support 2.4GHz WiFi (Not 5GHz).If you couldn’t connect this light bulb camera outdoor normally, please reset the it will connect faster.Our APP supports mobile, PC, tablet and other platforms. Q1: Micro SD memory card requirements?

A1: Only FAT32 format is supported. Maximum memory capacity: 128GB.

However, there are two reminder for you：

The reading speed of the card. It is best to buy micro SD card is U3(Ultra High Speed) level, the minimum read and write speed of 30MB / S, because our light wifi camera is 1080P, if the use of the old micro SD then there may be a lag in storage.Micro supports auto-cycle function. If the micro SD is full, the card with auto-cycle function, the latest video recorded by the camera can be saved and automatically overwrite the previous one. If not with auto-cycle function, the latest recorded video can not be saved, unless manually to delete the data on the card to free up space to save.

Q2: Can’t connect to network and mobile phone?

A2:

Please ensure the connection is 2.4GHz WiFi. 5GHz WiFi is not supported.Please ensure that the bulb camera can be powered on.Please install it close to the router; the camera requires a strong WiFi signal.Please ensure that your WiFi information is entered correctly.

Q3: Why can’t my phone receive alert notifications?

A3:

Please make sure you have turned on the motion detection alert switch and set the appropriate alarm sensitivity.Please ensure your phone system permissions allow our apps to perform message pushes.Please confirm to open the message push settings in the App, open the App, click Me→ Message Center, click the button in the upper right, and enable notifications.Alarm interval 10s, which means only one alarm can sound during the period.
