FAQ:

Q1: The flash player is not supported by adobe. What should I do?

A1:We recommend priority use IE browser to download FLASH PLAYER, because some third-party browsers will restrict the loading of plug-ins.

Q2: What if IE brower cannot go on to download the flash player?

A2: If meet with the issue of IE browser blocks it still, please go IE setup–Internet options– Security Options–Custom Level–ActiveX option–Enable, then you can download the FLASH PLAYER successfully and view the cameras.

Q3: NVR system cannot detect the Hard Disk Drive.

A3: Make sure the NVR works well.

Make sure the power cable and SATA cable of the Hard Drive are connected to the NVR joint correctly and firmly.Try another Hard Disk Drive.The Hard Drive is a consumable. The Hard Disk Drive with brand and for 24/7 surveillance is recommended.Make sure you back up the important videos timely for safety.
