What can I do if am unnable to conenct to Wi-Fi?
1. Deletct the camera and uninstall the APP.
2. Re-install the APP and allow APP to access Location/Local Network/ Notifications/Wireless Data permissions when installing.
3. Unplug the battery pack and plug into 5V 1A adapter.
4. Turn off your Android phone “Mobile Data” before connection.
5. Make sure the frequency of your home router is 2.4GHz only in advance.
6. Please let the wireless hidden camera, phone and 2.4GHz Wi-Fi home router within 5 meters when pairing.
7. Home router Wi-Fi name and password only support English letters and numbers, not support special fonts or symblols.
If still not working, send us the log of APP and the screenshot.

How to record video without Wi-Fi?
1. Format your SD card on your computer.
2. Insert your formatted SD card and turn on your hidden camera.
3. Connect to AP Mode. ( Video time automatically syncs your phone time once your the camera paired with AP Mode.)
4. Check the videos on your computer via VLC Player/KM PLAYER.
(Note: To save storage of card capacity, the resolution of the video saved in the SD card is 640P.)
