This is a Z-wave Plus product with the 500 series chip. The product may not work with your gateway. If not, the gateway manufacturer has not integrated or implemented this sensor with their gateway. The sensor works with many gateways. Contact your controller manufacturer to verify that our sensor will work. Be sure to review the NEW Device Driver details in in the Inteset Smart Home Device Set-Up in the Device Programming section in our Forum.
