2. When you add a camera for the first time, your mobile phone and the camera must be on the same network. The application is very safe, please rest assured!

FQA:

Q: Why can’t I find the camera on my mobile phone through LAN?

A:Please make sure the phone and camera are contacted with the same network when you search the camera on CamHi/CamHipro app.

Q: Why is the Human Motion Detection not working ?

A:This 5MP WiFi Security Camera does have Human Motion Detection function. But this need you to turn on the human motion detection on CamHi/CamHipro app first.

Q: Why the camera cannot connect to WiFi and keeps disconnecting?

A: The WiFi connection problem may caused by many reasons,

1. Please make sure you didn’t change network information recently, any network changes may caused the WiFi connection failed, such as change router, WiFi name, network provider, etc.

2. Please check if there are too many routers around, causing the wifi channel to be occupied, and the slow wifi network transmission speed causes the camera to drop.

3.Please check if there are multiple cameras that are too close to each other. Please place the cameras a certain distance apart, not too close.

4. Please try to put the camera closer to the router, or unplug the camera and plugin again.

5. If your problem can’t solve by above methods, please let us know.

Q: The CamHi app doesn’t work well, how to setup email alert, recording time, text notifications, recordings, etc?

A: If you have any question about the CamHi/CamHipro app, please refer to the paper manual in the package, download instruction from SV3C website, or please tell SV3C, we will offer detailed instruction for you until the camera works well.
