Q: Why I can’t connect the camera to WiFi?

A: The camera only supports 2.4GHz WiFi, please make sure your phone is connecting to 2.4GHz WiFi while connecting the camera to APP. It does not support 5GHz WiFi.

Q: Why I can’t access to the camera on APP?

A: That depends on where you install the camera, walls and distance may weaken the WiFi signal, so try to install the camera near your router or setup a Internet booster to extend the signal.

Q: How long does the battery last?

A: The camera has equipped with rechargable batteries, it can last for 3-6 months. (Depends on the frequency of trigger motion.) And with a solar panel, so theoretically it can last 365 days as long as the panel get sufficient sunlight.

Q: Can I change the recording time?

A: Yes of course, go into setting — sleep delay, and you can find 5 different settings, and each for different recording time. Always for 5 seconds recording. 15s for 10 seconds recording. 30s for 20 seconds recording. 60s for 30 seconds recording. Always for 24/7 recording. If you are using SD card for storage, the recording time depends on how long the motion last, it will record the entire motion until there is no motion on the screen.
