Q & A

Q: Can’t turn on the power, no charging cable in the box?

A: The wireless camera does not have batteries, you need to install it into the light socket and power up the socket. And there is only a simple E27 base in the box, needs to wire and power it up.

Q: Why the camera cannot work?

A: After the camera is powered on, please wait a minute, the security camera will rotate and self-test, indicating that it can work properly.

Q: Won’t connect to 2.4GHz wifi/network?

A: 1. Please ensure your camera can be powered on and self-tested properly. 2. Please near the router to set up the camera. 3. Please ensure that your WiFi information is entered correctly. 4. After hearing the voice prompt: “please configure camera by AP hotspot or scanning code”, please point the QR code in the app at the camera(Setting – Intelligent camera — Scan code to add).

Q: Why does it show that the wireless security camera is offline?

A: 1. If the router is disconnected or the network is disconnected, please wait for a while to restore the network

2. If you have changed the router or modified the WiFi name, password, etc., you need to remove the device and add it again.

3. To update the App version, open the App: Home – click on the device icon – click on the top right corner – check for updates

4. Remove the device from the app, then reset the camera. Wait for the self-test to complete, then pair and connect the imager again.
